Boiler Servicing / Central Heating Servicing 

The best way to guard against boiler breakdowns is to make sure that your central heating system is properly serviced and maintained on a regular annual basis. Of course, if you are a landlord, there are legal requirements to be met with regard to gas safety checks too. 
 
We can service all types of domestic boilers, both gas and oil and we’ll help you by providing reminders, either by post, phone or email, when your annual check is due. We’ll also ensure that the boiler jets and burners are completely stripped and cleaned and any faults which might cause imminent failure are rectified. We will then ensure the equipment is reset and calibrated for maximum efficiency or to the manufacturers’ specifications. A full record of the work carried out is sent to every customer. 
For landlords and letting agents, we’ll cover all the properties you own or manage or just some of them if preferred. Each property will be allocated its own unique code number and full records of work will be maintained with reminders issued when the safety certificate expires. 
 
If required, we can make access arrangements direct with tenants and are willing to hold keys (with the landlord’s agreement) to facilitate prompt safety checks. Copy certificates can also be sent direct to the tenants and what’s more, we make no charge for the record keeping and paperwork – you pay only for servicing and any necessary repairs. 
 
If something does go wrong, we provide a 24 hour answer phone service and can deal with any type of plumbing and heating breakdown. Repairs will normally be completed the same day and we’ll always agree the cost with you before any work is completed.
